“New” (Hangul: 뉴) is the first and title track from single album Yves by member Yves of LOONA. It was released on November 28, 2017 as the ninth part of the “Girl of the Month” project.
The title track “new” is a song where Yves declares that she will be herself no matter what kind of hardships, pain, and frustration faces her. It is the first track released in the genre of Soultronica in Korea, with Yves’ confident voice laid on top of bold beats to prove LOOΠΔ’s new concept and quality.
Music Video
The music video for “new” was directed by DigiPedi. He captures fatal images of Yves, who takes a bite of the apple on purpose to be exiled to the earth.

Yves decides to eat her fruit and leave Eden, resulting in her gaining knowledge and power. With the help of ODD EYE CIRCLE she meets with ViVi, which results in ViVi's death.

“Heart Attack” (Hangul: 하트 어택) is the first and title track of the single album Chuu by member Chuu of LOOΠΔ. It was released on December 28, 2017 as the tenth part of the “Girl of the Month” project. In Chuu's title track, “Heart Attack”, Chuu attacks the fans’ hearts with her positive energy, suggesting to live life full of happiness, in the loveliest way.
Music Video
The titled track “Heart Attack” does not interpret the feelings of being in love in a serious way, but with Chuu’s own adorable emoticon-like ways. The music video has references to historical and fictional figures such as the artist Rene Magritte, Hans Christian Andersen’s short story “The Little Match Girl”, and John Appleby’s novel “Aphrodite Means Death”.

Synopsis
The song Heart Attack features the members Chuu and Yves in Eden where Yyxy lives. It has acute upbeat theme throughout the whole video. It focuses on Chuu's undying love for Yves as she admires her but cannot get Yves's attention.
B-Side Track
The supporting track “Girl’s Talk” is a duet by Chuu and Yves, a rendition of a daily dialogue between two girls. Sweet but sometimes secretive, the precious chats between the girls get reinterpreted to become a song. The titled track ‘One&Only’ is about self-love. Even when it feels like the existence of oneself seems irrelevant in the world and may feel very little among others, Go Won sings, “it’s not a coincidence that I’ve met myself” and emphasizes how she met herself, ‘one and only’, is precious.

‘See Saw’ the supporting track which is a duet of Chuu and Go Won, defies the typical grammar of the k-pop genre to expand the boundaries of music with the uniqueness of LOOΠΔ. Chuu’s refreshing voice along with Go Won’s adolescent voice create the dynamic balance like riding a see-saw.

Olivia Hye’s titled track “Egoist” starts with calm melodies to eventually encounter provocative beats to take a step towards loving oneself instead of someone else. Pop melodies mix with EDM beats to build up until a dramatic fall at the beat drop, which then is brought to salvation by JinSoul’s rap.

yyxy (Hangul: 이달의 소녀 yyxy), stylized as LOOΠΔ/yyxy, is the third and final pre-debut sub-unit of the girl group LOOΠΔ. They debuted with members Yves, Chuu, Go Won, and Olivia Hye on May 30, 2018 with the mini-album beauty&thebeat.

The unit’s Korean name is pronounced Idalui Sonyeo Wai-wai-bai-wai (Korean: 이달의 소녀 yyxy) from the Sino-Korean root meaning “Girl of the Month”, combined with the made-up neanthropic chromosome “yyxy”.
Unit’s Concept
yyxy is composed of four girls held in a separate dimension called Eden. In “love4eva”, it’s revealed that if they eat their individual Forbidden Fruit, they are expelled from Eden. They soon feel trapped and adventurous, so Yves convinces Chuu and Go Won to eat their forbidden fruit and escape with her. Olivia Hye also wants to go but is not brave enough to eat her fruit. They leave without her.

Olivia eventually eats her fruit and tries to follow them, but becomes lost and angry. She knows that Yves plans to create a new dimension, and decides to destroy it out of anger at being abandoned by her friends. This journey is about the ego of the youth. Being in love, hurt, broken, but still stepping forward, the girls capture moments of youth to complete an ego. They express that ego is falling in love with themselves, and that they must first love themselves before
Loonaverse
Eden is an imitation of Earth, or a mirrored version but with a sinister twist. Instead of the houses and apartment buildings we see on Earth, Eden has large industrial warehouses and factories, as well as dark, dense forests.

“BADD” have collaborated to produce the track where the members of LOOΠΔ/yyxy completed “love4eva” with their various voice colors and expressive emotions. Sudden encounter of a crush. They sing that it is not just a process to get the person to love you back, but their emotion itself is what is lovable and precious.
Also, the news that one of the hippest artists in the world, Grimes, will be featuring in the track have raised a fervor in the pop scene around the globe. The beats lay on the start of the girls with blessing and grace by Grimes, the creator of her own musical universe.

Love4eva, The music video was shot exclusively in Budapest, Hungary with LOOΠΔ’s video director DIGIPEDI. The director capture LOOΠΔ/yyxy’s process of completing their ego, which may be a “new” “heart attack” which is “one&only” and “egoist” in their own each way.

“one way” actually is a track that has been kept aside for a long time to be used in a concept album titled ‘LOOΠΔ the Ballad’. ‘LOOΠΔ the Ballad’ which will be released in May 2019, is an album composed of ballad songs with the best melodies among many common ballad numbers. “one way” is a sneak preview for what is to come, through the emotional expressions in the voices of LOOΠΔ/yyxy. Yves opens with a dry voice as if she is standing alone in the silent desert, Chuu fills up the space with her voice full of moisture. Go Won’s crunchy voice and Olivia Hye’s voice with the duality of day and night, gather to complete one music.
